Guideline for Author
International Journal of Universal Science and Technology (IJUST) is a bimonthly peer reviewed open access publication of Engineering Science & Research Support Association (ESRSA). IJUST publishes original research papers, case reports, research notes, short communications and review papers on various aspects of Engineering science and technology. Authors should submit their contributions electronically through the Journal website submission system to the Editorial Office. Authors should submit only papers that have been carefully proof read and polished. Before submission please make sure that your paper is prepared using the IJUST paper template. This will ensure fast processing and publication. Acceptance or rejection notification will be sent to all authors.
Follow below Steps:
|Step-1||For Article publication, Author should have to register with ijust.co.in using AUTHOR'S LOGIN.|
|Step-2||After Registration, Author can login using their credential (Email & Password).|
|Step-3||Author should have to prepare article/paper as per IJUST paper format and IJUST paper format can be download from download option of IJUST.CO.IN.|
|Step-4||Author first upload Article/Paper (Doc Format) using Submit New Manuscript option inside Author' s portal.|
|Step-5||Author will get reviewer decision within 6-7 days after submitting Article & Author will see notification using Notification of Editor option inside Author' s portal.|
|Step-6||After successful acceptance of Paper, Author should have to deposit Publication fee 1900 rs (Indian Scholar) or 52 $ USD (Foreign Scholar) through Bank Challan (payment slip).|
|Step-7||At last Author should have to submit Final Paper (PDF), Copyright Form (JPEG) & Bank Challan (payment slip) (JPEG) using Upload Final Paper/ Copyright Form option inside Author' s Portal.|
|Step-8||After submitting mention documents, Final paper will reflect under particular issue of journal at Archive page of IJUST.CO.IN.|
|Step-9||Author and co-authors will get copy of final paper & Digital Certificate at Download Certificate/Reports option inside Author' s Portal.|
Submission of the manuscript represent that the manuscript has not been published previously and is not considered for publication elsewhere. Authors would be required to sign a CTA form (Copy Right Transfer Agreement) once the manuscript is accepted which would be sent to the corresponding author' s email. The corresponding author can download the form and after getting authors and co-authors signature it can be send as an attachment file after scanning to firstname.lastname@example.org
Paper should clearly describe new and carefully confirmed results and experimental procedure which should be given in required details for others to verify the work. The Paper can be up to 8 pages excluding references and abstract. For proper referring and fast publication all manuscript should be grammatically correct.
